Common questions
Can you change or cancel my booking?
No. Bookings are made with the partner the link led to, such as GetYourGuide, Booking.com through Stay22, TourRadar or Viator, and only they can change, cancel or refund them. Their confirmation email has the contact details.
I found a price or an opening time that is out of date. Where do I report it?
Choose "A correction or an outdated figure" in the form and tell us the page and what has changed. Corrections are checked against the operator's own page before anything is edited.
Do you accept paid placements or sponsored reviews?
No. A tour or a hotel appears on this site because it meets the rules on the editorial principles page, not because anyone paid for the space. Partnership enquiries about everything else are welcome.
